About J.C Home Services
An owner-operated home services company based in Carbondale, Colorado.
Our Story
J.C Home Services LLC is owned and operated by Jose Argueta out of Carbondale, Colorado. It started the way most good trades businesses do — one neighbor asking for help with a repair, then telling another neighbor. Today we handle full punch lists for homeowners, landlords, and property managers from Aspen to Parachute.
What makes us different is range. Most homes do not need one specialist — they need someone who can patch the drywall, repaint the wall, mount the TV, clear the drain, swap the light fixture, install the AC unit, and haul away the old couch. That is exactly what we do, in one visit, for one honest price.
We are a registered Colorado LLC, we answer the phone 24 hours a day, and we give every estimate for free. Small jobs are welcome — in fact, they are our specialty.
What We Stand For
Reliability
We show up when we say we will, and we pick up the phone — including nights and weekends.
Respect
Floors covered, dust contained, and everything cleaned up before we leave your home.
Craft
Prep done properly, materials chosen correctly, and repairs that hold through a Colorado winter.
Community
We live in this valley. Our reputation is built one neighbor at a time, and we protect it.
Our Mission
Take the jobs other contractors turn down, do them properly, and charge a fair price. Give people in this valley one number they can call for almost anything that goes wrong in a home.
Our Promise
You get the price before the work starts, the job gets finished the way we said it would, and if something is not right you call us and we come back. Returning customers and referrals both save 10%.
